This policy describes how Sagarzazu Agency (hereinafter "Majordom" or "we") processes your personal data in connection with the majordom.ch website and the Majordom service (AI voice and SMS agent for restaurants). Majordom acts under two distinct roles: - **Data controller** for the marketing site, restaurateur accounts, and technical logs. - **Data processor** on behalf of restaurateurs for their end-customers' data (orders, reservations, SMS, voice conversations). The restaurateur remains the controller for that data; Majordom processes it on their behalf under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Data Collected
Depending on your interaction with Majordom: **Marketing site and voice demo** - Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via PostHog, EU). - Voice demo: audio recordings and transcriptions (via ElevenLabs, US). - Contact form: name, email, message. **Restaurateur account** (Majordom is controller) - Email, hashed password, access and error logs, IP address. **End-customer data** (Majordom is processor on behalf of the restaurateur) When you call or place an order with a restaurant that uses Majordom: name, phone number, content of SMS exchanges, transcriptions of voice conversations, delivery address.
Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed for: - Ensuring the technical operation of the website and service. - Providing the interactive voice AI agent demonstration. - Enabling restaurateurs to receive orders and reservations via SMS and voice agent. - Notifying end-customers via SMS (payment links, confirmations). - Responding to your contact requests. - Auditing the security of the service.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on: - Your consent (voice demo, non-essential cookies). - Performance of a contract (restaurateur account, service delivered to the restaurateur). - Our legitimate interest (security, service improvement, fraud prevention). - Legal obligation (responses to lawful requests from competent authorities).
Third-Party Sharing
We share your data only with the providers required to operate the service, all under DPA: - **Twilio Inc.** (United States): outbound and inbound SMS for orders and reservations. Transfer governed by DPA + Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). - **ElevenLabs Inc.** (United States): voice AI agent and demonstration. Transfer governed by DPA + SCCs. - **PostHog** (European Union): anonymous website usage analytics. We never sell your personal data.
Hosting
The website and data are hosted within the European Union (France), ensuring a level of protection compliant with the GDPR and the Swiss DPA.
Data Retention
We apply a minimum-duration policy (daily automatic purge): - Inbound and outbound raw SMS: 30 days. - Orders and reservations: 12 months. - Customer phone numbers without further activity: 12 months. - Technical logs (errors, audit): 6 months. - Restaurateur account without login: 12 months. - Site browsing data: 12 months maximum. - Contact data: 24 months after the last exchange. - Voice demo recordings: in accordance with ElevenLabs' retention policy.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR and the Swiss DPA, you have the following rights: - Right of access to your personal data. - Right to rectification of inaccurate data. - Right to erasure of your data. - Right to restriction of processing. - Right to data portability. - Right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@majordom.ch and provide your phone number (for end-customers) or your account email (for restaurateurs). We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies necessary for the operation of the service (language preferences, cookie consent) as well as anonymous analytics cookies via PostHog (hosted in the EU). No advertising cookies are used.
Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach posing a risk to your rights, we notify the FDPIC (Switzerland) or the competent EU supervisory authority within 72 hours, and where required the affected individuals.
