These terms and conditions govern the use of the website majordom.ch and the Majordom service, operated by Sagarzazu Agency, Switzerland.
Service Description
Majordom is an artificial intelligence-based voice agent designed for restaurants. It automatically answers phone calls for order taking and reservations. The website also offers an interactive demonstration of the service.
Access to the Service
Access to the website is free. Use of the Majordom service for professionals is subject to a subscription, the terms of which are detailed on the Pricing page. The online demonstration is freely accessible and does not generate any real orders.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, source code) is the property of Sagarzazu Agency or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". Sagarzazu Agency does not guarantee that the service will be free from errors or interruptions. The AI agent may make interpretation errors. In no event shall Sagarzazu Agency be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. For professional users, Sagarzazu Agency's liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
Personal Data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the voice demonstration, you consent to the recording and processing of your conversations by our technical providers, including ElevenLabs Inc.
Third-Party Services
The service uses third-party technologies, including ElevenLabs for voice synthesis and recognition. Use of these services is subject to their own terms of use. Sagarzazu Agency cannot be held responsible for the operation of these third-party services.
Modifications
Sagarzazu Agency reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
Sagarzazu Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of violation of these terms, without notice or compensation.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton where Sagarzazu Agency is domiciled, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
